Padel Art creating duplicate profile

Hi I played a match in Padel Art and it created a duplicate profile in my name, despite me linking my padel art profile to wppr. In padel art app it shows the correct wppr rating, but after playing a match, the match doesn’t show in my usual wppr profile it created a new one. The integration may not be set up properly? Also I played against someone in a competitive match who also has a rating on Padel Art app, but no rating here on wppr, how is that? i.e. that match didn’t count.

I also could not find a way to merge or link the duplicate profile, I think that option was there before.
